My purpose was I think…..
Inspire others, reflects a more co-operative way of working as distinct from the old “them and us “approach. Nowadays we want to feel included and a valued member of our organization, and not just a student. We want to be a part of a winning team that’s something worthwhile. Our reward is a deeper satisfaction than a wage slip can offer. A successful venture must be able to inspire it’s supporters to hold on them and flourish.
